Do you offer free shipping?


We do not offer free shipping. Please check the available shipping options for your country on our information page on Deliveries and Returns.

Can I change the shipping address of an order previously placed?


As long as the address is within the same country and has not been dispatched, we will gladly update your shipping address. Kindly write our Customer Service Team with your Order ID and corrected information to ensure a quick resolution.

I want to return my products. How can I do that?


You are welcome to return your unused products purchased from our online shop with the original packaging within 14 days of initial purchase. Please note the following points:
 

Products must be in a complete, unused and undamaged condition.

  1. Due to hygiene reasons, used products are entirely disqualified from return or exchange.
  2. We kindly ask you to claim the parcel as "return" and include the invoice.
  3. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible to pay the return shipping charges.

Of course you can! However, please note that a refund will only be provided for the products and not the shipping cost.

I accidentally provided the incorrect delivery address. What now?


Once the parcel has been returned to our office, we will promptly contact you for a new delivery or refund. Kindly note that if a new delivery is chosen, an additional shipping fee will be required.

Unfortunately, we must inform you that PayPal sometimes provides the default address from your account. Therefore, we encourage you to edit this information within your PayPal account before your next purchase with us.

Are the brushes hypoallergenic?

Yes they are, our fibres are synthetic and designed with sensitive skin in mind. Try them!

 

Why are products discontinued?


Our range reflects current trends and our trendy team is constantly working on making sure we are always improving and always up to date. If you really loved something, drop us an email and we will see what we can do! 

My desired product is out of stock.
If an article is no longer available online, please enter your email address in the “Notify Me” window next to the product and confirm it. We will inform you as soon as the product is back in stock.

Which stores offer your products?

For now we are our only authorised retailer, as more information comes available we will update it first.

Do you use ingredients of animal origin?

Never! no animals or by products are ever or will ever be used in the manufacturing of our products. We are also cruelty free.

What animal hair is used for the brushes?

None, we only use a specially formulated synthetic fibre in the production of our brushes. They are vegan.

How can I clean my brushes?

Our brushes are designed to stay fresher for longer, however you must still clean them.
As cleaners we recommend professional brush soaps and mild hair shampoos. After cleaning, gently reshape your brush and let it dry face down, avoid submerging the whole head of the brush under water.

How are your products tested?


The ingredients and textures used are in accordance with the current Cosmetics Directive and have undergone toxicological and safety evaluative testing to ensure product safety. Animal testing we refuse steadfastly.

Where are your products made?


Every brush is expertly handmade in the People’s Republic of China by our specially trained team of staff.

How are proceeds from my purchases going to help others? 

We give workshops on a regular basis for those in need, the money from this goes towards running these for them and providing goodybags and any specialist products they may need during this process.

I am a cancer patient; how would I be able to book a Kohl Kares session and where do they run?

With cancer care we would appreciate it if you contacted us through our contact form after filling this in we can send you more information and gauge personally how we can help you. We offer our workshops nationally and internationally, but of course this is subject to availability.
